Lindsay started her own fitness journey 5 years ago when she decided to make a new lifestyle change. She lost over 40 lbs and completed several Spartan (obstacle course) races! Lindsay became a personal trainer to help those like her, who struggled with weight loss, energy deficiency, and managing healthy habits. She encourages her clients to take small simple steps and build on simple habits to create the life of their dreams! She assists them in building their best body, heart and mind...

Connor graduated from Idaho State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist who likes to blend rehab interventions with strength and conditioning philosophies to ensure all his patients reach their optimal performance in their desired sports and activities. Being a former high school and collegiate basketball player, Connor enjoys rehabbing and training for high level sport performance with his athletes. He loves working with all patient populations that are limited due to pain or injury and want to return to their active lifestyle!

After 10 years of coaching with 4 years in physical therapy, my goal as a trainer is education. I want to ensure that clients would feel confident in the gym with or without a trainer present. I specialize in progressive exercise, mobility work, and special populations( injuries, health conditions, pregnancy, aging adults), but I enjoy creating individualized workouts and guiding all clients through muscle gain and weight loss in a sustainable way. I love incorporating all forms of exercise including high intensity, pilates, and yoga to keep things personalized and exciting!
